At Abroad Education Counsel (AEC), we are committed to providing comprehensive and professional services to students seeking higher education abroad. By enrolling with us, you agree to the following refund policy:
Students may cancel our services within 24 hours of paying the registration fee, provided that the enrollment form has not been signed. If the enrollment form has been signed, the student is deemed to have accepted our no-refund policy.
Once AEC has provided the student with the finalized list of university recommendations, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including visa rejections or changes in personal plans.
Students may withdraw their registration within 15 days from the date of registration. However, a 50% cancellation fee of the total registration fee will be charged. After this period, the registration fee, and any fees paid toward processing services, will be non-refundable and non-transferable, even in cases of partial payments.
If a refund is approved (under the 24-hour cancellation window or the 15-day withdrawal period), it will be issued only to the original mode of payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the payment card.
